Gossip Girl Shocker! Guess Who’s Having a Baby—-On the Show?

Kelly Rutherford
Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford (Lily) is having a baby in real life! A hearty congrats to the lovely and charming 40-year-old actress…but what I really need to tell you involves a huge shocker that is happening on the show.

Someone has a secret.

A huge secret.

And yes, it involves a baby.

Keep reading only if you really want to know!

First of all, can we just point out that the CW’s Gossip Girl is probably having the best creative season so far of any series on television? If you’ve been watching, I defy you to prove otherwise in the comments below.

And the totally awesome twists and turns just keep coming…

Inside sources have just revealed to me that not only is next week’s episode (about the aftermath of Bart Bass’ accident) one of the most gripping episodes ever, it involves a jaw-dropping twist for one of the Gossip girls. And yes, that twist involves a pregnancy!

We will find out that one of the Upper East Side females we know and love is indeed with child.

Any guesses as to who?

Did Serena’s artsy-fartsy new lover, Aaron, seal the deal?

Maybe Blair’s carrying a little Basshole?

Or could it be Lily? Or Vanessa? Or…?

The comments are yours for the taking! (And I encourage you to look hard at the words I chose for this story…)

Friday Night Lights Spoilers!

Minkakelly_taylorkitsch

There have been many weepy Friday Night Lights moments over the last few weeks or so, but as all devoted fans know, FNL does lighthearted and funny just as well, if not better. Tonight’s hour will end on one of those high notes, courtesy of Tim Riggins, who’ll put a giddy smile on your face with his God-given wit and charm… although, I must warn, the Riggins charisma isn’t present throughout the entire episode. In fact, Timmy’s lady Lila will not be feeling the love, frustrated by her man’s lack of focus when it comes to his future. Turns out TR’s being recruited by a pretty decent college football program, but he doesn’t seem to care. And he’s not the only Riggins in the dog house. Tyra’s sister Mindy has called off her engagement to Billy and he’s all broken up about it. The upside? Mindy and Lyla — the most unlikely of pairs — get together to wreck on the brothers and form an anti-Riggins forcefield, lol. That’s right, FNL, you just forced me to type out “LOL”.

And I have but begun to scratch the surface of everything going on tonight. It’s Ms. Tami’s birthday… though she seems reluctant to celebrate it, Tyra’s finally seeing Cash’s true colors… and turns to the Taylor’s for help, the Dillon Panthers have been selected as high school team of the week… which means their game will be nationally televised, and Matty Saracen makes a return to the football field spotlight …which may just bring his feuding mom and granny together. It’s a good episode, my friends. As always with Friday Night Lights, highly recommended.

Tyra finally discovers that Cash (Zach Roerig) has a dark side that involves gambling and mistreating women. Landry, time for another murder to defend your girl! Also, Grandma and Shelby fight viciously, leaving poor Matt in the middle, and someone with an agenda makes Riggins an offer he can’t refuse. — Source: Kristin on E!Online

Greek Spoilers Update!

Did Rebecca go to the new house on Greek?
Sources close to the set tell me that Rebecca (Dilshad Vadsaria) will be staying with the Zeta Beta Zeta house and not leaving for Frannie’s (Tiffany Dupont) Iota Kappa Iota house, but that doesn’t mean the ZBZ’s won’t be desperate for new girls. — Source: Kristin on E!Online

New Grey’s Anatomy Spoilers! Is George Fired?

Now both Michael Ausiello and Kristin at E!Online are hinting that an actor or actress is appearing very little on screen even though they are series regular and are on the verge of being fired or are already fired. Michael Ausiello is far more vague saying “The fired actor/actress is over the age of 30 and the show he/she works on does not air on Fox or The CW. That’s all you’re getting from me!” While Kristin is pointing towards Grey’s Anatomy. Is the same actor they are referring to? It’s fairly obvious that TR Knight, George has barely been seen this fall on Grey’s, and they are moving from a George/Lexie pairing to a Lexie/Sloan pairing. Some episodes he’s not there at all, others in a scene. He was in almost every scene last year, too much considering his story line. So does it sound like George, read the original posts and share your comments.

Grey’s Anatomy Blind Item: Who’s in the Doghouse?

by , E!Online

Grey's Anatomy ABC/Eric McCandless

Why does a certain character on Grey’s Anatomy suddenly have so little to do?

It’s a question many readers have been emailing about, and now, inside sources are spilling what’s going on behind the scenes.

Before you read any further, however, be forewarned: Naming names is impossible–the truth is a little ugly–so read on only if you want to join the guessing game…

A source close to the show tells me, “The reason [the actor] has not been on is because [he or she] has been a pain in the ass lately, trying to change scenes and dialogue, being hard to work with and putting up an attitude. The higher-ups were getting tired of it, so they tweaked [him or her] out of some episodes. That’s why you haven’t really seen [him or her] lately.”

A second source seconds that emotion: “[He or she] is not really getting along too well with producers right now.”

Eek! Like I said, it’s not a pretty tale, is it? Not all characters can have equal screen time all year round, so I was thinking perhaps they were holding this character back for something later in the season…but it sounds like he or she might be gettin’ spanked.

Blind Item: They axed, but I won’t tell

by Michael Ausiello

Hopefully, you’ll all be intrigued by today’s blind item. But if a certain TV star is reading this, they should squint extra hard to read between the lines. How come? They’ve been canned — they just don’t know it yet!

Yep, it seems an original cast member of a hit series that’s popular with Ausholes (and yours truly) has been pink-slipped without the benefit of being given a pink slip. A combo platter of budget cuts and creative redirection is being blamed for the firing, but it also bears mentioning that said performer was never going to win any popularity contests with their co-stars.

Got anything on Grey’s Anatomy?

Melissa George, Brooke Smith, Grey's AnatomyEven though Erica didn’t think Callie was much of a lesbian, Callie is still exploring her sexuality, despite mourning the loss of Dr. Hahn, and in this week’s episode she starts suspecting Sadie (Melissa George) might be into her. Still, what I have been told by a source is that although there is what seems like an initial flirtation, it doesn’t go anywhere. Plus, Mark and Little Grey continue circling each other, and I can’t decide if I think that’s kind of cute or kind of gross. What do you think? (P.S. This Thursday is the last new Grey’s Anatomy of 2008.) — Source: Kristin on E!Online

Question: What’s the latest on Izzie and Denny on Grey’s Anatomy? Any word on how/if it will pay off? — Alex
Ausiello:
Not a peep. But riddle me this: Don’t you find it odd, not to mention a little suspicious, that Katherine Heigl — the outspoken star of such scandals as Emmygate and Isaiahgate – hasn’t expressed a single opinion about this storyline yet? Just putting that out there. — Source: The Ausiello Files

The Grey’s Anatomy/Private Practice crossover will take place over the course of three episodes (Feb. 5, 12, and 19) and the only confirmed participant as of now is Kate Walsh. [Michael Ausiello]

Denny will be haunting Izzie at least through February. [Michael Ausiello]

George gets mixed up in the Alex-Izzie-Denny story, but not in any romantic sort of capacity. [Michael Ausiello]

Stuttering, gut instincts, gloating, lip-reading and dead Denny! What more could you want from your medical drama? Wait, what’s that you say? You could want more? Post about it in the comments!
