An old and familiar face will revisit ‘One Tree Hill’ to aid Lucas and Julian in developing their movie.

The next episode of “” will see the return of as Dixon, the director who is interested in helming Lucas’ movie. Titled after a song by The Maine, “We Change, We Wait” will air January 19.

Lucas and Julian are having difficulties to choose a director for the movie, that is after Dixon shows up. Meanwhile, Peyton is puzzled by a present from Lucas, and Brooke struggles with her feelings in the love lane.

On other news, there has been no clearance yet from The CW whether the show will proceed with a seventh season now that the second half of the sixth season is running. According to EW’s Michael Ausiello, the cast are only signed up to the sixth year but talks between the network and creator Mark Schwahn are en route. — Ace Showbiz

Just released is a webclip of “” that takes the scene of Lucas and Julian in episode “We Change, We Wait”. Lucas and Julian are struggling to choose a director for their movie and when they are given six candidates, they don’t feel the right chemistry. So they hold a meeting with the exec who told them to pick one and stop fussing.

will make a re-appearance in the show as Dixon, the director who took interest in helming Lucas’ film. Also in the episode, Peyton has mixed feelings about a surprise gift from Lucas, and Brooke struggles with relationship issues.

“We Change, We Wait” airs January 19 on The CW.

Meanwhile, there has been no words on the continuation of the show for a seventh season. Providing the hint is Booke’s depicter who told E!, “We don’t know (if we’ll be back for another season). The network keeps saying it’s up to the cast, but no one has offered us another season, so we’ll see. There are a lot of variables that would have to work out properly for people, but as long as there are good stories to tell, I think we’re up to continuing to tell them.” — Ace Showbiz
