Tom Welling, SmallvillePreviously on Smallville: Chloe and Jimmy’s wedding was interrupted by Doomsday, who put the smackdown on Clark and took Chloe away to the Dark Fortress.  Also, Lana showed up to delay the inevitable pairing of Clark and Lois while Lex was revealed to be alive.
